Flexibility
Flexibility training and mobility training are important aspects of training for runners. Flexibility training works on optimizing the length of your muscles and mobility training works on optimizing the range of motion you have at your joints - like your ankle or knee. Different techniques can be used to accomplish this including foam rolling, static stretching, and dynamic drills.
